Proposal for scarab-web-installer

Message Hi there,

I've been taking a look at scarab-web-installer and to the documentation.
Kudos to JF! I think it's a great work (my excuses for not having
spend the time to review it before!)

Playing with the code (just got some spare time far from my laptop, so
I had to start from scratch playing with something), I've made a small
advance toward making it completely standalone.
I've embbedded winstone servlet container, and it just works, no
tomcat required:

java -jar scarab-web-instaler.war starts a container with the webapp

I thought that making it standalone, and handling the
project.properties file via fileupload or maybe just with a call in
the command line, and then lettint the user deploy the war in a
directory to be selected, it would make it even easier.

What do you think? Does it fit with the current roadmap for the tool?

BTW... I'm now feeling the strange sensation of not being able to
choose what dev list to spam... sorry!
